PILLAR I - LEADERSHIP
We define LEADERSHIP as the capacity to lead, build the capacity of others, enact change, motive, inspire, and make good decisions. We believe and aim to implement a Servant-Based Leadership Approach, and our goal is that people involved in our organization have to the tools and leadership skills necessary to lead towards impacts within our community and throughout our town.
PILLAR II - THE VALUE OF VOLUNTEERISM
We define VOLUNTEERISM as the work performed by one to serve. Under Pillar II - Volunteering is more than an action and helping others. Volunteering transforms the individual as he/she seeks to transform other's lives. For those who seek to Volunteer on our behalf, our aim is that they become the motivator, dedicated to making a difference.
